When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use it to check your order status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to generate.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 weeks of receiving your shipping confirmation email, (Except International Orders) please contact us at info@okw.wus.mybluehost.me with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, Pure Passion is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received Your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
